In 2020, Due to quarantine and the end of live music, Matt Butler and Todd Kushnir planned a series of virtual Everyone Orchestra performances. Matt and Todd created song seeds with the help of the musicians. Matt then video taped himself conducting to the seed, and sent this out to the musicians to perform along with in as few takes as possible. Butler and Kushnir then edited the music and video from each performer into a 'conducted improv composition'. The resulting music has been compiled into three albums worth of music called the Virtual Sessions. We hope you enjoy these songs as much as we enjoyed creating them.
